i have the worst habit ever of biting my nails
but if i know i can keep them in perfect condition i wouldnt
have the urge to bite them
i just want to have some sweet nails without any damage

Try this buffer nail set. I'm sorry I don't have a name of the product but they are popping up in little kiosk in malls everywhere. Its a buffer with 3 sides, one smooths, one does something else and then the last side shines your nails, they look soooo good. It makes them stronger and your nail stays shiny for days after wards. I found this site, and it has exactly what I am trying to say.

i actually just bought this stuff that makes ur nails super shiny and healthy looking. its one of those block things that you buff your nails with, it has four sides. you can get them in the nail section at target for like $1. they're pretty awesome.

Then stop biteing them!......go get soem Orly polish called " NO BITE'....goes on like clear polish but taste really gross......this way they will be shinny and un bitten...
