That's a great question. I think at the start of the relationship you're both in need of someone but as time goes on you fall in love with each other.

Well that someone is not in need of things other than from Allah SWT and been asking you to stand next to him from day one.

You can tell you're in love when you don't have to push yourself to do things that you definitely DON'T WANT TO DO...it's when you do things for that other person without even thinking you're doing them.. being in love is more special, needing someone you do stupid stuff to get that person's attention and their affection.

No matter what you say to other people and yourself, and no matter what you think you want, at the end of the day you do fall in love with what you need, so I guess it's pretty much the same thing. To me anyway.

If u are in love u will feel great all the time!!..but when u just need someone it will only be temporary and u will soon become tired of them..and wanna move on to bigger better things!

I figured that one out years ago, when I am with someone it is because I want to be with them,not because I need them, I only need myself to feel like my life is full

You're in love if the very thought of the person brings an uncontrollable goofy smile upon your face.
To experience none of the above, you're probably not in love. You're just settling.

Good question. And to be honest with you, I'm only answering so I can look back and read other folks answers bc I'm curious of what they think. I'm sort of in that situation and can't figure out how I truly feel.

well to tell it's sometimes easy. how the person likes you is buy checking you out or just flirting with you. sometimes they well ask you questions and give you lots of stuff just to be quite nice or other stuff. you'll know when your in love.
