ok, so i got an itunes gift card and i am buying songs off of it. i was downloading this one song but it was taking wayyyy too long so i canceled it but it still charged me for the .99 cents. is there a way to get the song back?

Click on "store" at the top of the menu, and scroll down to "check for purchases."
The program knows you haven't downloaded it yet. :)

you can contact customer service if you want the money back or if you want to try to download again, you go up to the top toolbar, click store and stuff should pull down. click "check for purchases", type in your password, and the song should continue downloading. hope this helps!
