Well i just found out that my girlfriend of 3 months is pregnant, im thinking of bolting out of the state, possibly out of the country. I told her not to have it but she wont listen. What can i do or say to change her mind? I dont want to pay child support because i spend all my money booze and circus midgets, please help me get out of this bind!!!!

You have got to be the funniest person I have read a question from all day!!! First of all, I am sure you are joking, but there is nothing you can do to make a woman "not have the baby". In case you didn't know, it is called abortion, just FYI. It is entirely her choice as to what she does with the child in her body. If you didn't want to pay child support, you shouldn't have had sex, buddy! And bolting out of state won't help you avoid it unless you never work again. The child support enforcement will track you by your state's unemployment tax agency (that's what your employer pays into so you get unemployment when you get laid off) since your employer has to report your name and ssn and earnings every 3 months. Other than that, they will use utilities in your name, loans, credit cards, anything that requires use of your name can be used to track you. If you don't work, they will just start accumulating it against you for if you ever work in the future, win the lotto, get disability or social security, or have any money in any bank accounts. As to out of the country, I hope you go anywhere they don't extradite, as failure to pay child support is a crime. Maybe you can join the circus and then your favorite circus midget can smuggle you out of the country.

How old are you anyway? Oh well, I could go on and on about responsibility, yada, yada, yada. It boils down to this:
a) You decide you are a sleezebag and take the easy way out and run - and run for the rest of your life for one reason or another.
b) You decide to grow up and take responsibility - financially and emotionally - for what the two of you have done. Emphasis is on the two of you - you are both responsible for this new life - even if the baby does not grow in your belly but in your girlfriends'.I am not talking about marriage, though, for the record, it would be comforting to know that you had feelings for the girl other than an itch you needed to scratch bevor performing the deed.
However you decide, however you define yourself as a human being, one thing is for sure: You will have to say "Bye, Bye" to the booze and the circus midgets for sure. Sleezebags need their money to run, responsible fathers need it to raise their children.

you know what? thats a terrible joke. I am 35 weeks pregnant and preparing to be a single mom because the father sounds a lot like the fake scenario that youre trying to produce (minus the circus midgets). It's really not funny at all for you to be making this joke, these are real lives that youre finding humor from, and at my own personal expense. Get a life, and get off the computer.

First off I would have thought about using protection if you didnt want that to happen..and there is probably no talking her out of it because Im pregnant as well and it is an amazing thing to know that a baby is growing inside....abortion is wrong but maybe adoption if you guys wont take care of it.

if you both are young and afraid you can also pick adoption as a good choice for both of your futures, or go to an AA meeting get a job and face up to the fact that you are going to be a daddy....with the option of leaving her, consider how you would feel to never have a daddy to play baseball with or go to games and learn from...If you are just goin to be a mean drunk father that hits the child thought please feel free to leave.
