Is it true that if you sleep on your right side of your head then youll have creative dreams, and that if you sleep on the left side of your head then youll have realistic dreams... this has always been a question of mine...

I don't believe there has been a study to this effect, but I could be wrong.
As far as I know, the brain isn't confined just because of how you sleep.
