When Apple just BAM starts selling a new/upgraded product what do they do w/the ones that they are not selling anymore?
Like for ex: the new imacs. what's become of all the old ones?

They donate them all to schools for tax write off -- after all who else would buy their sh!t?

The first guy is an idiot. Windows cheerleader no doubt lol...

Apples discontinued products are still sold at Apple retail stores unless sold out. Or they are sold are Apple's Refurbished part of their site.

Oh and if education is one of the most important things in USA and in the world today... Why the hell would they be choosing Apple over any other Window stuffing brand? Why would movie makers and designers be using Apple over Windows?

Apple is good like that. Unlike other computer companies, Apple recycles. Bring in any old Apple product to an Apple store, and you get a discount on the most up-to-date version of what you bought.

Check out the apple refurbish item at store.apple.com (ussually at the bottom left corner)...
some of the items are being sold in this section.. u can find the old powerbook as well sometimes...
