So i'm pretty much decided on getting a boob job.

I'm naturally skinny, so have small breasts. Whilst not flat - I'm barely a 34A.

So i want them sorted. I just want to be able to fill out a bra or a bikini. Feel more feminine.. As well as looking a bit more in proportion (i'm slightly pear shaped).

I don't want big round fake-looking ones. I'm aiming for no bigger than a 34B.

But is it really that much of a turn off?
I've been researching and i keep reading how people think fake boobs are so digusting etc.

What do you really think?

If they look natural, are the right size, etc - are they really that bad?

I think you'll find that men prefer natural boobs, even barely 34A's. Your femininity does not come from your breasts, it comes from you. Be proud of your barely there's.
That being said and knowing you won't pay any attention to the above, fake boobs are disappointing but not a huge turnoff. It's like getting a fake Rolex, it may look good but you'll always know the truth. They just don't feel right, even the good ones and the bad ones really feel bad.
If you decide to get a new pair do two things: 1, pay for quality and 2, go up at least two cup sizes. I cannot stress these two things enough.

I have a friend who had a boob job for the same reason you stated she is very happy with them
A good doctor can make you look fabulous.
I have the opposite problem.
I am considering a breast reduction. I just hate to have scars on my body;
Those double d bras cut in to my shoulders and My back hurts.
It is hard to find a good bra and you can be anywhere and some rude person will come up and ask you if they are real and how much you paid for them and can I touch them.
They stare at your chest and not you. lol
I work out and they get in the way and they are heavy.

You and I are the same size. Disappointing, yes...but I've coped with my size and I love it. I know for a fact that I am not going to get a boob job so i work around my size. I have millions of tops that look amazing for my 34A and would look like crap on bigger sized boobs. Don't get me wrong, I would love to be a full B but I work with what I have. I'm not always satisified with my boobs, but I deal. And I don't think getting fake boobs that look natural and the right size is a problem. It's those double D's that scare me. Good luck with your proceedure.

Obviously it is for you to decide but your reasons sound like good reasons and you are not going overboard. As far as turn-on or turn-off, a guy would be a better judge of that than I would but. I have never had a reason to get them increased; I actually have considered a reduction. But I personally don't find it attractive when women have enormous fake breasts. You sound like you have a good head on your shoulders and are doing it for the right reason. Good luck.

I can never tell if breasts are fake anyway, so I don't get turned off by them. Anyway, I think you should do what you feel, but I think it's good that you don't want to change yourself by trying to get "Huge" breasts that you didn't already have. I think you'll love yourself that much more when it's over, because it's what you wanted, and it's not an enormous change. Hope that helps!

The way you describe what size and shape you want, they would not be a turn off. if a boob job makes you feel better about yourself why not> I can tell you from experience, that the way they do them today, they feel like the real thing. Go for it.

I worked for a plastic surgeon for 4 1/2 years. I personally do not need augmentation but I strongly believe that if it makes you feel better about yourself than go for it and if in the future you find people that are disgusted by them then you probably are better off without them in your life.

I was a 34B before my 1st baby.... after having a baby or 2 now Im a 36D. Im happy. My husband's happy.
If you dont want to wait until having a baby or dont want kids, go ahead. As long as you tell them that you plan to breastfeed in the future. (That's if you want to)
To each their own. I dont think its gross when its done right. When its done the Pamela Anderson way.... that's gross. Hers looks like they are going to pop!
You dont want your breasts looking like they are fake.

I think that really big boobs, or ones that look really un-proportioned (like the woman is about to fall over onto her face anytime) looks disgusting. The idea that you have doesn't sound disgusting, and you have good reasons why you want it done.
