Depends what you call an unjustified violation.
$mitty probably thinks his are unjustified, as do Avatar Gamers, people who post "I Don't Know". answers, tell the asker they are in the wrong section, call the asker stupid etc etc
And all would get different numbers of violations before deletion because of the different seriousness of the violations.
HOWEVER
All sets of violations would be justified according to the rules

The number varies. I suspect that Yahoo does many suspensions just to lower the total traffic on Y!A. It seems like the heaviest posters get the most suspensions, often for no reason at all. I had a level 7 account suspended for doing nothing, but I was posting a lot of answers, and that must of have done it.

all human beings is jerks. I have been given a contravention and and a suitable answer for a similar question I spoke back. I even have been given a contravention for saying " bypass to the wizard and ask for a innovations" and one from a girl cop ( i'm especially particular she did it) for saying " The law enforcement officers could get a style of their own medicine and get tasered". It does not do any good to question the violation because of the fact they don't something approximately it. i think of you're able to learn who comments you.

To answer your question, it depends on the severity of the infraction. Porno and adult content many times will get you the ax the very 1st time around. So will giving links to download music and copyrighted material will too....

I got like 2 in one week. One for telling somebody that their question was stupid. The other for no reason at all, and yahoo allowed it.

i am not sure, i've never had the pleasure of such an experience.
however, i've witnessed some of my friends getting the end of the ban-happy stick and i might add some of the reasons are.. unreasonable.. and pretty out there.
it is amazing what kind of drama flies out of the internet.

. i try to be polite and respectfull.
i have seen some pretty graphic stuff here that was obscene and they deserved suspension. there are kids here
Some people report others over silly stuff. and that should be stopped and not allowed.

like 10 violations that were bogus... well, one of them i guess i deserved! no suspensions.
