I created a powerpoint that i want to give to somebody. Is there any way i could put it on a CD-R cd??

Ofcourse. All you have to do is note where you saved the file, and then go to that directory and right click it. Then in the right click menu, hover over send to and then click whichever is your CD Burner drive. Then go to my computer, click on the driver you sent the files to, then click write these files to a CD. Then follow the instructions and there ya go.

Sure I do it all the time - just save the PPT file and copy it to your CD as normal. Note, the other person will need PowerPoint or PowerPoint Viewer (Free via download) to view the presentation)

as a powerpoint file you can just burn it, or you can save it as a powerpoint presentation exe. Then they dont even need powerpoint to play it. Another way is to convert the ppt to a video file using something like ppt2dvd. then you can burn the file to a cd.

save it like you would a regular file and drag and drop to your CD-RW drive windows xp will make it where you can burn it to the blank CD
