I think Avalon would be a pretty name for a girl. If you wanted a nickname, you could call her Lonnie.

Isn't there a company called Avalon? or is it Avon? well they are similiar. I believe Avalon is a Greek name because my Aunt dated a guy who's son was named Avalon for about 1 year.

There is a second rate movie theater near where I live named the Avalon. That's the only time I've ever heard it.

No, I would have to say that's pretty original. The only Avalon I am aware of is a beach town in New Jersey.
