if ur driving with a permit and u dont have a licensed driver with you, but you DO have a passenger (say two 16 year olds)
what happens to the passanger if a cop stops the driver and finds out hes driving illegally?
will he get arrested/fined or anything like that?

If you get cought and it will take years to get your licends and the people in the back will be put on the sidewalk you are the only one who loses don't do it, Its a big risk. hope this helps.

You'll likely be arrested for driving without a license. You'll likely lose your permit and be barred from getting another one until your 18th or even your 21st birthday. Unless there's another licensed driver in the vehicle it will be towed.
In CA it will be impounded for 30 days regardless of whether there's another driver in the car.

YES- and u wont be able to get ur real license until 21 so dont be stupid- and ur putting other lives at risk with ur inexperience! So STOP!

your screwed you won't be able to get your license until ur eighteen and have to take another drives ed course and depending on what state your in you'll get a number of points on your driving record. plus if there 16 just let them drive duh
