ummm..poke him to make sure he's not really dead from heat stroke!

If you get overheated, its very likely to fall asleep/have a heat stroke.

May I ask why your warehouse is 111 degrees? That's insane and unsafe for working conditions.

Heat always make me sleepy. Maybe he had a tuff night, you should probably wake him up in case it is actually a healthy issue like heat stroke or something like that.

I don't know how, but you should wake him up.
It's unhealthy, and could cause some issues,
like heat stroke, heart attack, etc.

I'd say throw some water on him, and tell
him to go drink some water too, make sure
he's not dehydrated.

Being over heated makes people sleepy!! It would be a good thing to make sure they have plenty of cool drinks to stay hydrated!

hes not sleeping he is dead ive had stuff like that happen around my warehouse all the time you just gotta find someone to take his place

better question would be how could they stay awake...I always had trouble not nodding off when it was really hot...sorta like a lion in Africa in the middle of the day

when it's hot, people can become drowsy. or, he had a heatstroke then passed out. check for a pulse if he looks questionable
