definitely call an old flame... no one new (it's too much drama).. it's better to do the NSA thing with someone you already know and have been there with.

don't think an old flame is a good idea, but i did start a myspace to show friends and family my pics of the kids and because i had single on it....i had 21 year olds contacting me for random hook ups (i'm 33).... not something i am interested in, but might work for you!

The most important thing is to be yourself!! Go out...dont pressure yourself...dont go bak to ur ex....that is the reason why they are called exes because you all were not compatible in the first place. Try to meet someone new....and dont be all clingy at first. Just relax...you will.
