The last time there was a massive "housing crises" back in the 70s, people were torching their houses and businesses for the insurance money. Do you thing there will be mass arson as people try again to pull that stunt?

I sure hope not! The prisons are full enough as it is and the Insurance companies will find a way not to pay, just like they did after Katrina.

The old "burn your biz down" for insurance reasons isn't a new idea. If you are upside down on your house, behind on payments, and suddenly your house burns down I'd make sure i have good aliby.
