So a presidential contender beleives persons in this country have rights that he will ensure are kept. Thus he beleives there is no differenc between those who violate our laws and those that don't. He will side with the radical elements of La Raza that view the states of our southwest to be illegally obtained from Mexico.

The problem with La Raza is its anti-american views and for a Presidential candidate to side with it is a problem just like if a conservative sided with the John Birch society or other far right wing groups. You probably though beleive in George Soros and his ramblings on america being so evil.

Obama even as a state legislator proves his desire to grow entitlements to a level that the government will not be able to fund anything else thus showing that in the end he is not looking out for the security of this country from foreign terrorists. Decades ago we could have someone with not foreign affairs knowledge or administrative experience, Obama proves this is not the day for that anymore his naiveness is stunning but also frightening that he could come so close to being nominated by a major party.

Now come on. It's a long long way from protecting the rights of immigrants to giving California back to Mexico. Like President Bush, Senator Obama believes that the current laws on immigration need to be changed. It's a common point of view. You may disagree, but at least talk about the real issues.

He has always been pro-illegal. While serving in Illinois he voted to give illegals SS benefits even tho they had not paid into the system. He co-sponsored an amendment to the immigration bill. It stated an employer did not have to check the legal status of their present employees only new ones.

ladyshondra... Thanks for the link! I have been telling my mom not to vote for him because of this exact reason... Now I have an example to show her. I am voting for Ron Paul, because he will put a stop to illegal immigration. He will also clarify the 14th amendment (which was meant for Black slaves). He will have it specify "no more anchor babies/birth-right citizenship". Any baby born to an illegal alien will also be considered illegal also. He will also take away the welfare system from illegal aliens. That's exactly how it should be.
