The way you ask your question is very confusing. Let me see if I understand it right.

You are a citizen of country A and you are currently in Country B legally. Person X wants you back in Country A so he contacts the government there. In order to get you back into Country A, the government would have to contact Country B and ask them to send you back. Country B can choose to send you back if they wish. This will usually not be done without a good reason. For example, if Country A says you are wanted for a crime, you could be extradited and sent back. If Person X is your legal guardian and you are a minor, that could be another reason to have you sent back.

In general, it is up to Country B (the one you are in) if you have to go back. The guidelines I have outlined are the typical circumstances, but there may be others depending on what country you are in.

Whether or not you can sue your country once you go home is not known. I didn't think suing was something you could do in Saudi.

I am wondering what you are going to do once your visa expires and you have to get it renewed.Don't you have to go through your embassy to do that. If your uncle has strong connections through the embassy you could have problems.

Maybe you should be thinking about political asylum in the country your in now. It may not be safe for you to go back to Saudi. Do you fear for your life?

Listen, if you're going to Saudi Arabia, the laws will be COMPLETELY different.
Generally, a country can withdraw your passport for whatever reason is allowable under their laws. Whether they can get you to come back is a different story. A country can also withdraw your visa for any legal reason under its laws. In the US there's an administrative process for that, but no guarantees in other countries.

Depends on the law of the country. I would imagine Saudi law is pretty strict.

Your question made absolutely no sense.

But the answer is no.
