Why exactly are you getting in fights with his ex? There's no reason for you to be talking to her at all! Start acting like an adult. I probably wouldn't want you to see my kids either - the last thing these kids need is to see adults bickering, being immature, and fighting with one another. Perhaps once you're capable of being a good example for the kids, you'll be able to see them again.

Quit fighting with her. Whether you like it or not, she is the mother of his kids and she calls all those shots, and they (the ex and your boyfriend) will always be tied together b/c of the kids. You knew this when you got into the relationship (I am assuming) so suck it up and quit fighting with her. And by no means do not put those kids in the middle of your two fighting. Even if she tries to be the bigger person and don't ever say anything bad about their mom in front of them or anywhere where they can overhear. You will always be the bad one in that situation and as they get older they will come to realize that you really did/do care about them

And also, I would get your boyfriend involved and maybe he can try to smooth things out a little too,

first off, it's not that easy to get a restraining order. but, what you need to do from now on is to ignore her. and make sure that when you go to court, that you're ready for her list of lies on how you've threatened her. but, why would this keep you from seeing the kids? she doesn't have to be there when the kids are around, does she?

Number 1 - you have no business interfering in the husband/exwife matters. A judge would make mincemeat out of you.

Number 2. You keep messing around and he will lose custody and visatation of his children. Butt out and if you can't cover your mouth and hands with duct tape.
