What is it with these kooks always crying about "taxpayers footing the bill", when it comes to abortion? I guess they would rather foot the bill for the child on welfare, and foot the bill for their life-long criminal acts.

It is their choice, not mine. So I hope anyone I am related to, would find me open-minded enough to come to me, and discuss it beforehand. But then again, I promote birth control to prevent the situation from coming.

But then again, politically I am considered pro-choice, since I don't support the tax payer footing the bill for enforcement of an abortion ban.

I actually know women who had an abortion and I think no differently of them. I would not drive them to the clinic or anything because I couldn't do that and live with myself. But I will not condemn a woman for getting an abortion. That is not my place.

In my mind abortion is the woman's choice, no one elses.

If you were raped and got pregnant due to the rape, would you want that child or even want to give birth to that child?

If the life of the mother is at risk due to pregnancy, would you want that woman to carry the child to term?

On the other hand, I think women that have multiple abortions, using it primarily as birth control are doing it for the wrong reasons.

Well since I know the views of most of the relatives you name along with my best friends it would not change since the ones I am closest to have the same views that I do that it is wrong to have an abortion. I know 5 of my female best friends are teaching their children the same thing. And a female is the one who changed my early views supporting abortion to being anti-abortion.

I personally know women that have had an abortion. I know they've regretted their decision. I also know women who've decided to keep their babies. So... it hasn't changed any of my view points on murder (oh I mean abortion)

*My cousin got pregnant when she was 21 and not married. ALL of her friends told her to have an abortion. Well, my cousin decided to keep her baby and low and behold...none of these pro-choice friends supported her decision. To the point that only our family came to her baby showers. Sad! Pro-choice is sometimes just pro-abortion.

i believe in a woman's choice but i am sad that so many use it as birth control. there is no excuse for mulitple abortions.

i remember when i was young and several girls i knew had to go to unscrupulous ppl and suffered sever consequences. Back then girls faced social stigmas for having a child out of wedlock, they don't face that issue today.

it is complex issue and i feel for every woman who had felt they have no other choice, especially these days but the facts remains that we have so many abuse and neglected children today our resources cannot provide for them

i think each person should take personal responsibilities for their actions and this include both men and woman.

It all depends on the circumstance, if my sister was raped and empregnated, I would see no reason why she should ruin her life by keeping the child. But if she got pregnant due to stupidity, then abortion should not be a choice, she should deal with the consequences of her actions!!

I am anti abortion. And I would be really disappointed that someone in my family would do something so evil as to kill a child as a matter fact i would rather them give me the child. i will raise it instead of having them kill it. With that being said what someone else does with their body is their problem. I still say its cold blooded murder.
