I'm WAY more flexible than the average person, but I've seen quite a few people more flexible than me.

I am more flexible than some but not as flexible as I'd like to be.

I'm very flexible as long as I get my way all the time.

I'm now 56, and have rheumatiod arthritis in my hips, knees, and back, plus my shoulders, elbows and fingers ... and my jaw. I take 'pain killers' (prescription) every day ... but I can still 'sit in full lotus' (which is how I read ... and I read a book a day on average), and am 'fully flexible' ... but I can't touch my hands behind my back with one over my shoulder and one back from my side ... but I've NEVER been able to do that ... so I think I am 'EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE' ... my husband can't 'sit up' with his legs up in bed, or even on the couch ... he's NEVER been able to since an early 'teacher' told him that 'he couldn't do that' ... sad, but true.

I am not that flexible. How flexible do you need to be? I am not sure.
