Its has to be under $20-25. Also I'm kinda big so I cant wear little twig dresses. Please help!

Its possible so if you have no idea please dont post. Money is kinda tight so I want a cheap dress and nice shoes or accessories.

they have dresses at like jcpenny sears n deb that r reg 180 n r selling 4 $12 to 20 some r from prom n some can be worn 2 homecoming i got one 4 16.50 including tax its a reaal cool deal

Forever 21 is cheap and has nice dresses. If you want a really nice one, but a bit expensive, you can try Macys or Windsor if you have one near you! =)

deb and dots has really cute dresses i get my dresses from there and there like $30 and forever 21 has kinda cute dresses but there also like $50 so like dots or deb is prefect for u

Try one of your local malls such as Macy's, Dillard's, or JCPenneys. These places are usually are somewhat expensive, but they are having summer sales, so I say go for it. Maybe, Lane Bryant or somewhere you also could try ordering one of your choice. Good Luck!
