relies upon on why you're taking it. once you're aspirin-mushy/allergic, you could no longer take Advil the two (they are comparable in some respects); likewise, in case you have a viral an infection and you're below 18, you ought to no longer take aspirin. Tylenol/acetaminophen (aka paracetamol) is okay for many persons; do no longer take better than the label recommends, as extreme liver injury can ensue from even a reasonable overdose.

I used Ibuprofen until my doctor told me he preferred that I use Tylenol or Excedrin. So Tylenol it is.

I take them both at the same time-- 2 ibuprofen and 1 tylenol.

They work better that way. Seriously!

it depends on what its for ibuprofen is good for muscle aches, cramps etc. tylenol thins blood & can cause more probs than good expecially if your on other meds or pregnant (if your pregnant DO NOT TAKE TYLENOL OR ASPRIN). the only thing tylenol is good in is breaking a fever. so for aches & pains ibuprofen, for fevers tylenol.
