Yes! That took some work to be able to say. Here's one of the constant reminders I use to help me remember to focus on thoughts that are truly worthy of me.

"There is a thought in your mind right now. The longer you hold on to it, the more you dwell upon it, the more life you give to that thought. Give it enough life, and it will become real. So make sure the thought is indeed a great one."
~Ralph Marston.

I do believe that constant thoughts are most often thought about when One is dwelling. So, why dwell on thoughts that has no actions and are meaningless. After all, something that is thought provoking will bring some type of action or reaction, instead of a sigh.

Should of, could of, would of are always a constant thought and it all boils down to...didn't.

I don't have any constant thoughts.
They come and go, in and out.
There is too much to think about to have one thought there very long.
I guess I am a multi-tasker.
The thoughts I have are definitely worthy of my time..

i got into thought sorting a looooong time ago, . . . so the answer is yes and no. You have to kiss a lot of frogs to find a prince, so i keep the ones that are good, and send the unworthy back to their source or destination.

Might perhaps be ADD or ADHD. I would seek out a therapist. They will give you the answers you seek, and the tools to improve your mindset on your self image. Start taking a stress formula vitamin. If it gets too harsh to deal with, check your insurance to go to inpatient evaluation. Good luck!

Sure they are... no one is more than the collection of his/her thoughts and actions! Even if one has silly thoughts, one may have great thoughts as well... We all have trivial silly thoughts no matter how intellectual or wise one becomes. It is knowing what to transmit as your serious thoughts and how to act that makes your effective worth. But all ones thoughts participate in who one is no matter what!

You have no thought that is your own. All thinking comes from knowledge and that knowledge is given to you by your culture. You are only responding to your surroundings by using this cultural knowledge and then calling it your own.
