Wondering if there are fish, boats, sharks, whales, etc.. floating in the air (you know like cows in a tornado) and if hurricanes kill sea life as they go through the water. How deep does a hurricane go?

they are hardly aware of it
there is more foam on the water .
and the surface is in turmoil
some more wave speed
but a few meters down there is little change
the effects of the hurricane may be 20 meters at the very most, the most violent part only in the first 10
that is nothing in the Ocean.

Nothing much happens. The waves are on the surface of the water, and the wind is above it. The wind doesn't reach below the water, but it does cause waves. If sea life is near the surface, it could get caught in the waves. The waves could then carry it to shore, and beach the sea life. That is only if they are dumb enough to get caught in a wave. Most animals have a 6th sense for storms, and they just would go into deeper water.

Nothing. Below the sea's surface there is much much less disturbance.

I have dived in seas that were too rough for me to swim to the boat on the surface, but under water just a few feet it was easy to maneuver

I heard that any mobile sealife knows when something bad is happening and are able to get out of the area. Similar to animals in forest when a fire is starting. Not all get out of the way but the majority does.
