1.. maybe a 2 (he might have read part of or been briefed on the memos). I don't believe he orchestrated the events... and I can't even say for sure that he would have been able to stop them if he would have tried... but that shouldn't excuse him for lack of effort.

he's 100% involved but he very probably wasn't the main player - he is more complicit but you are either 0% complicit or 100% complicit.
Cheney played a more active role on the day it seems. But that remains to be proven.

the clip shows Bush lying a few months later: this should have been world headline news

He was not involved in no way shape or form with the attacks of sept 11 2001. period.

None-whatsoever.

Our National Security level was not on eye level with the threat we faced in America at the present time of the 911 attacks.

But now we know!!!! and are aware!!! what is at stake in this Global Jihad that is taking place, and those who are asleep need to wake up and realize it!!!

William Jefferson Clinton had time to catch Osama bin laden, he had him in his lap, and did not do one thing about him!!
He said in an interview with Chris Wallace "I've been closer to catching him than anybody else has since"

Many attacks had taken place during Clinton's administration, So I think the questioning should lay squarely on his shoulders, and should be held responsible for things that needed to be accomplished.

Many American lives would have been spared now, if he had taken action!!!

-1. No one saw it coming. The intelligence was just not good enough. The walls that had been set up to keep the CIA from talking with the FBI made sure of that.

I don't like even where #1 starts out. Seems to be biased to me unless you give start with "no responsibility" as #1. And, that is where I am.
