Why are Con's so anxious NOT to talk about Karl Rove? What are you afraid of?

I am a conservative. Karl Rove is an advisor. He tells the President what he thinks. In that aspect, he is doing the same thing as most of the citizens in the US. When it comes to politics, everyone is an expert.

Rove was getting ready to be handed a subpoena regarding the Gonzalez case and possibly will be assisting some of the republican candidates behind the scenes during the 2008 election. Republicans do not want this word to get out and does not want the public to know that Rove will be behind the scenes. I'm assuming they don't even want to be associated with him, know it may have a negative impact on their campaign.

What's to be afraid of? He did his job, now he wants to do something else. No different than anyone else leaving a job to pursue other things or have more time with the family. Anyway, he is a playmaker, a strategist - he will find a new candidate to help get into office. That's what he does.
