Problems with Mugen.?

Question

I am having several problems, which i amasking help for.

1. How to make Win Mugen go full screen. I've tried hitting Alt+enter to no avail. Is there a way i can get into the program and change its size?

2. How to find downloadable characters. Whenever i search, it takes me to a website that is just a search engine, or all the download links are broken.

I'd really like to download the Street fighter and Mortal Kombat characters ...But the links are always broken, if there are any in the first place.
Can anyone help me with either of these problems?

To make mugen bigger you need to open winmugen and go into the data folder. Open up the file called mugen.cfg. Scroll down until you find video win. Under that a few lines you will be able to adjust winmugen's height and width to what ever you want. Then go to where it says strech = 0 and change the 0 to a 1. Winmugen should be bigger.
