Normally web pages are descriptive. Websites are categorized in different types, for example Professionals, Educational, Service based. While designing website, programmers must know the types of visitors so that he will design structure for website. If website is for education then definitely visitor for web are student then programmer needs to develop web which will attract students. If site providing web services then design of site must content easy navigations. In short, programmer must know survey of market.
