I was on the computer and I saw something about how that train women to control their breath and survive in the ocean and then give them a tail and dump them on the reefs and come back for them later like a month later!!!!

You could go to the costume store and buy and mermaid costume and go swim in your bathtub, swimming pool...not the ocean way to dangerous.
