When do Ups packages arrive if you live in the west coast???

12- 3pm???...not if you don't know please don't give me a guess!!!thanks(sorry if this is in the wrong catogorie...i dont know where to put it)

I've received packages from 10am all the way up to 4:45pm. It just depends on where you are in relation to their route. And if their truck was packed properly.

Depends entirely on where you are on the route, and how many packages the driver must deliver that particular day. There is really no way to tell, wherever you are.
