I have Cleveland Indians C.C Sabathia card, but it the name says "Scott Kazmir".

And on the back of the card, it shows Scott Kazmir's stats, but that little summary about the player is about C.C.

Is this a mistake...worth anything?

all error cards are worh more money than any cards, it really all depends on how many of the cards were made before they found the mistake.

It's only worth something if the company corrected the card. If every card produced has the same error, then it's just a basic card.

You need to tell us what year and what set the card is from to get a real answer to this question.

It's an error, misprint, or wrongback. Worth maybe a buck to a diehard collector of either player as a curiosity, but otherwise good for bookmarking, firestarting, or as part of an art project.

You know my son has a card very similar. We will have to go through his collection tonight, I'll let you know if it's the same card.

Did you check a Beckett's price guide??

Check it or ask a baseball card shop owner.
