They were all released from the wwe. Gangrel, he has moved to England to do wrestling at All-Star Productions,Godfather has retired from wrestling and he is a general manager at a strip club in Las Vegas,and X-Pac is wrestling at AAA as X-Pack.

Gangrel is working the independent circuit right now.
Godfather is all but retired and running several strip clubs in Las Vegas. (no, I'm not kidding)
X-Pac working in Japan and AAA right now, and there's a chance that he make the leap to TNA or WWE soon.

gangrel was gonna join kevin thorn(another vampire) and make a vampire faction in ecw but had weight problems and was just released x-pac was released from the wwe because he refused to job to booker and he also collasped at an airport godfather just retired

i think gangrel retired.
not sure about godfather.
and xpac was always high as a kite so he got fired. he was on wsx for a while. but its rumored hes coming back to the wwe=]
