In the paint isle of Wal-Mart they have two products. Krud Kutter and Mean Green. I have used both on clothing and it worked really well at getting exterior oil based paint out of my cotton pants. Just rub into both sides of the fabric with a toothbrush and launder with an added 1/2 cup baking soda to the wash (cold water) and 1/2 cup white vinegar to the rinse (1cup of each if you have a top loading machine). It may take a second wash but it will come out. Use the Krud Kutter if your clothes are light colored or it may stain them green.

Paint? Sorry, throw it out and get new ones. You might try scrubbing with a product like "Goo Gone" to assist in pulling off latex paints, but it might also ruin your clothes. Good luck!
