Yeah so I know its personality aswell, but how do you catch a guys eye? Hair/eye makeup/clothes/jewellery/style, what?

We don't really notice the hair, eye makeup, clothes, jewellry until you really stick it into our faces. We look at you physically first, as in face, body, etc. not what you're wearing or what types of things you wear, etc.
I don't think any guy will go like wow that's a nice dress or that perfume is amazing until after they get to know you first.

Confidence more than anything; a woman who knows who she is and is proud of herself. Besides that, clothing always catches my eye...short skirts, tight pants, etc.
