Only your God can judge you, not your peers or the gossipers at school! He knows your desires and he has places this decision upon your head. Your faith and intelligence can protect you from strangers and naysayers as your clothes once did. You do not have to abide by the traditions of culture and the past yet you are still respectful by considering the repercussions of abandoning them. I admire you. I suggest you begin the change of dressing at first only into safe protected environments so that you can feel safe and get comfortable. If asked about it you simply say, I am so hot!! You do not owe anyone an explanation but if you feel obligated to give a proper answer go ahead!

Don't worry I'm wearing black too and a red jacket in this 100 degree whether. I live in Ohio and It is HOT!!! I freeze to death in the heat. I was born in hell. I'm used to it.

Well, here it is 92 so far, but I'm sure it will be a lot more after a bit. I'm only wearing a black shirt though. My shorts are grey.

Well, I am not! I am wearing as light of clothes as I can get away with. Black is for cool weather, in my opinion. Maybe the heat doesn't get to you like it does me!

I wore almost all black today and it's in the 80s over here in Chicago. (Consider the high humidity and it's like being in the 100s, lol.) ;-D
