Back to private school fashion?

Question

Well I'm going to be a new student attending a private middle school. That means that I'm going to have to wear a uniform.

The Uniform includes: polo shirt(s), skirt, squort, pants, shorts. I'm pretty sure the school allows make up. But very light make up.

I was asking if you had any ideas on what to wear, hair accesories, and bracelets that kind of thing. How should I wear my hair? (By the way, I have mid lengh hair 1 inch below my shoulders.) What make up to put on? I'm turning 11 turning 12 soon.

Diagonally part your hair on one side and make a ponytail going to the opposite side. Take a piece of your hair from underneath the ponytail and wrap and pin it around the ponytail's elastic.

Try to get your skirt's length as close to the knee as possible.

Coordinating tights look better than knee socks and more mature.

Believe it or not, something magical happens when a girl wears her skirt at the knee. Guys really like that look a lot!

Get yourself a cool coordinating hat too.

Don't wear a lot of jewelry. Less is more. One bracelet and tiny dangle earrings in the same metal color.

You don't really need makeup at this point. A little dab of lip gloss in a yummy flavor and just comb your eyebrows before you leave the house and you'll be fine.

Don't forget to smile.

Well I went to a Private middle school and we weren't allowed to wear make-up, nail polish, we were allowed one ring and one bracelet, only cross necklaces, and on pair of stud earrings. But everyone broke the rules and the teachers didn't seem to care. So on the first day wear maybe a ring, a bracelet and a pair of silver studs. Straighten your heair and just leave it down. I owuldn't so anything too fancy. After that just be yourself, and dont over do it.

As for make-up, wear mascara and cover-up at the VERY MOST. You look very fake whne you are just 12 and wearing tons and tons of make-up.

most private schools have a strict dress code, including what type of accessories also 12 is too young to be wearing make up to school

i went to a priavte middle skool !!!! there rules seem very strick at first but after a while they really dont seem to care they'll let you practically do wutever.

so for the first day, make sure yiou where light make up (mascara, cover up, not too much more), you can where earing ( no hoops) and just be sure to get on there good side at first... i hope you have a good first day!!

You have good answers here, all I would add is a lip gloss. Tinted, nothing with lots of color. Prolly a nude tint, pink looks so, well, pink. I like pink, but I just think a nudish lip is the way to go!

i go to a private school too. if you like colors and personality like me, do what i do. wear you hair with different headbands and ribbons, do different color bracelets, necklaces, earring, etc. make sure your purse looks cute too. oh yeah, just keep it simple with the makeup, colored lip gloss usually works for me. try Victoria Secret, it smells good too.

Go to Claire's or something for cheap accessories, and if you're going to wear make-up, wear clear mascara and lipgloss, if you made a typo and are really 11.

grow your hair out then put it in loose pig-tails..so cute and wear some cute braclets and stud earrings
