A few years ago my cousin was a wizard, herself, byut i want to beconme one. She has tons of books to help me study. I am reading books about magics and spells, and wizardy books, but I want to know how to fly on a broomstick, and how to find my power. I can turn invisible for a few seconds but need more work on that also. Also, do you know any wizards who can help me? Name all the wizards you know. I already know about Galen and Merlin. Can you describe to me how to interact with Galen, the ruler of Droon? I also want to know if my wand willl really work. Please help! Thanks!

okay... if you're serious enough to actually post this, then I'm serious enough to point you in the right direction.

First off, the magical world of Harry Potter is not real. Period. There are no such things as Sorcerrer's Stones, Hogwarts, etc. If this is what you are looking for, then you will be forever lost in a fairy tale.

However, there are some religions in the world that still do hold faith to the practices of old: translation- there are some of us who do practice magick. This isn't like abra-cadabara magic though. This is different. Might I suggest a few beginners books on the subject:

"Teen Witch" by Silver Ravenwolf
"To Ride A Silver Broomstick" by Silver Ravenwolf

Also, check out this site: it's Llewellyn Publishing- the leading publisher of New Age and Metaphysical Books:

http://www.llewellyn.com/

When you are researching online, look for Wicca, the Craft, or magick (spelled with the "k".) But tread lightly on internet sources: they aren't always as reliable as they claim to be.

Good luck on your path!

Child, you have been horribly mis-informed.

Witchcraft is not the hocus-pocus you think it is. That kind of thing only happens in fiction. You need to check out some books that deal with what witchcraft really is. Harry Potter is a fun, imaginative, entertaining book. I have read all 7. However, I do realize it is from the imagination of JK Rowling and is not fact or historical.

don't over do it or everything will backfire on you be the best you can be why must every one be on a power trip a good wizard does not need to be the best but he needs to be very good and work in the light and if you want to go on a power trip that will lead you on to the dark path and once your on that path your mind will be wisted for ever and you will be unhappy all the long years of your life.

Hey I have this magic green ring that I touch to a magic lamp every 24 hours and I can do anything.......Don't believe any of that crap. If you have the ability, it will be in you and you will know. All the books, spells, wands, and other gadgets don't mean a hill of beans and are a waste of time, effort and money.

The words "paper back wizards" have been bandied about the community for many years. I 've never met or heard of any on a serious project.

I read this and i really want to tell you something. First of all i am sorry but i don't think you should be involved in all this stuff. There are only two ways you could get those powers and unless they came from god you should not use them. If they didn't come from God they came from the devil and you are in deep trouble. So please become a christian and ask to be forgiven before you regret it. I am here if you want to talk. Please STOP this AT ONCE
