i just bombed another job interview......
they asked me if i could change one quality of myself what would it be.....
being sooo nervous i blurtted the first thing that came to mind....confidence....
so totally lost the job......:(

Hey you were honest and that is never a bad thing! Never be afraid to take a big pause and think about your answer.
I might have worded it as follows: I would like to challenge myself more. Sometimes I wonder what I am capable of but never having been given the opportunity I tend to doubt myself. That's more or less saying the same thing but it has a more positive connotation.
I took a lot of interview/resume courses when I was "downsized" out of work many moons ago. It's interesting how difficult it is for us to see our good points and skills. Take one of those if you can it will really help!
And don't worry, if you don't get it, it's not meant to be. That means something better is waiting for you...wait and see!
