I did when I was still in school. Life would have been a lot easier if the popular kids liked me back then. But now, I could care less, I have good friends and family, who cares what people who don't know me or hardly know me think!

Your question makes me glad to be an adult. High school is so tough. All of those people will be gone after graduating. But you'll keep the real friends forever whether they're popular or not.

Honestly, popularity seems to breed envy and enemies also.
Check out Judas Rabbi and how many people liked him and now how many are dying to topple him and drag him down.
Maybe it is human nature to resent others who have what you lack?
I'll settle for being a face in the crowd that doesn't get noticed much.

Sometimes, but I'm always grateful in the end that I'm not too popular for my own good ~ though it would be nice if everyone was famous or popular =)

Yes I do.
I think my need to be on stage, in the spotlight is one of the reasons i got into Radio and TV.
I don't know why, but I always wanted to be the one that everybody looked to for all the answers.
There I was honest, just as you asked.

When I was a teenager, I did.
But I realized I would rather be loved by the people I care about than a bunch of random strangers.
