I know! It's sooo hard @ first, but it'll get better...'kay, so look up @ the ceiling and use your pointer finger from the opposite hand to hold up the top 'lid' and lashes. Then look down @ the floor, and use another finger on the same hand to hold down the bottom 'lid' and lashes. Then, find something in the background to look/stare @ and use all of your concentration and focus. Then, you have to be quick and determined when putting the contact in...goodluck* & I'm sorry if I didn't help very much..;)

I had the same problem! I hated contacts because of the day to day putting them in, taking them out. And then I got Focus Night and Day..leave em' in for a month and bam! go about your day. But here's the trick I use. I hold down my bottom lid and just sit the contact on there. Then I let go of the bottom lid and lift my top lid. Then I tilt my head back and let the contact fall on my eye, while still holding my top lid. With the contact on my eye, I pull my upper lid over the contact and my eye. Blink a couple of times and it will adjust itself. It'll take a few times(believe me it took me like 10 just to get it to sit on my bottom lid), but you'll get the hang of it eventually! I like doing it this way because I can work with one eyelid at a time instead of trying to force both to stay open at the same time. Good Luck..hopefully this was somewhat easy to understand

It takes a lot of trial and error. I've had contacts now for 5 years and I don't even think about putting them in. When you start to put your contacts in, try holding your bottom lid open that way you can just slide the contact in. Also don't get discouraged because you will be able to get them in!

ok, well first of all, no stress. once you get the trick its gunna be super easy.
what you can do is (if ur right handed) take ur left hand and hold the top eyelid, then with ur right hand put the contact in the index finger and with the other 3 fingers hold ur bottom eyelid down.
i hope this helps u, it just takes a little getting used to.
;)

I think you should get the kind of contacts i have, they are bausch & lomb purevision contacts continuous wear, you can wear them for 30 days and nights. so that you have to only worry about putting them in once and you can sleep in them and wear them till the end of the night so you dont have to worry bout putting them in everyday

what i do is put my index finger and my middle finger on the top and bottom of my eyelids using one hand. the other hand, i put it on my middle finger and put it in. the middle finger's longest.. so that way it probably is the easiest finger to use. usually i put my middle finger on the bottom eyelid and my index on the top. that then try your hardest not to blink! hope that helps!
