Some place not touristy, nice small town, affordable houses, lots of jobs, things to do...near the beach would be great but anything in Florida and any info you can give me would be awesome. This is for a coworker who is thinking of moving there. Her husband makes steel cabinets and counters for restaurants and offices. thanks!

Ther are several towns in the pan handle of Florida that within an hour of the beach that tourist bypass on their way to the beach.
Also these towns are convenent to several large areas of the state of Florida and Alabama.

Callahan FLorida a nice little town north of Jaxonville. ok so yea it doesnt have lots of places 2 work but it is near jax and yulee.
