well to be honest, there are a few theorized forms of time travel. yuri Gagarin, the russian astronaut actually traveled 1/50 of a second into the future due to time dilation. so if you want to go to the future, then just go really fast for a while. as you aproach the speed of light, time starts affecting you less
if you want to go into the past, the only theorized possibility is to go faster than the speed of light. look up the tachyon pistol paradox. its quite interesting, and related to faster than light speed. its really just another one of those time travel paradoxes, but from a practical view. look up causality and tachyons on wikipedia. it explains a lot

According to Einstein's theory of time dilation, if you can build a spaceship that can travel at near light speeds (300,000,000 meters/second) then you can slow down your own time in the spaceship while everyone else is at their normal time. This will enable you to go into the future. I don't think you can go into the past, because there would be some paradoxes that could occur. The only way I can think of, where you can go back to the past, is through watching old recorded videos recorded by a camcorder. You can visually/mentally go backwards, but probably not physically go backwards in time.
You can see time dilation in the beginning of the movie "Planet of the Apes" where some U.S. NASA scientists are traveling in a spaceship and the time on their spaceship is dilated (slowed down) while Earth time was regular or like something like 4000 AD. So they basically end up in the future where they see gorillas now similar to humans running things. Not sure if the author of the book made them human like because of evolution or something else.

The only way I've heard of that could maybe work is by using a wormhole.
There are a number of problems with making a wormhole, though. It seems that an exotic kind of matter with negative mass would be required.
Note that antimatter has positive mass, and that nothing known has negative mass.
This exotic matter doesn't have a name yet in the scientific literature. It does, however, have a name from fiction. In the Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle there is "upsidasium" which seems to have the properties of this exotic matter.

Time travel is impossible, I have read in an article stating that for the next decade we can teleport an object into space. Probably we could teleport a virus with thousands of molecules. But the concept of breaching a way though time is very complex and impossible matter.

First, get a De Lorean.
Second, install the Flux Capacitor (trademark).
Third - wait.
You can actually SEE time pass before your eyes. When you get out of the De Lorean, it'll be LATER than when you got IN!

There's no going back, time is a half a dimensional line. But you can slow down your personal rate of going forward by traveling very fast or by standing near a black hole.

I always like to use a phone booth, but be careful. Sometimes if you dial the wrong number, you can end up in Medeival times and find yourself in the Iron Maiden.

OK, your going to need an matter/anti matter containment vessel, and up to this point they have only managed to harvest about 100,000,000,000th of a gram, over 10 years, your going to need a really good plan, good-luck, MoUsE
