You can try EBay.
Here is a total of 1GB, the buy it now price is $40, not bad for old memory.

Go to Crucial.com, and scan your motherboard, they will tell you what you need for memory. To you can go to Pricewatch.com, and get the lowest price.

You are better off buying new, it will be guaranteed to work.
