You might try looking at a cell phone repair shop... I took my phone to one and they fixed my "unfixable" water damaged cell and also had a number of different cells to buy. Of course, they're probably used, but a hell of a lot cheaper than having to buy one with a plan.

eBay just look for an unlocked phone if alltell takes sim cards then it will be a piece of cake, just check that the MHZ frequencies are compatible with your carrier's region. cheers
