yes its free but you have to be within 30 feet of each other. you might not be able to send the ringtones if they're locked (if he bought it on wireless.att.com) you can do the same with pics and videos and your contacts from your old phone (or your next one since you probably didn't have bluetooth on your old phone)

yes bluetooth is free. I have used bluetooth to exchange files with my wife's phone. No charges for doing that. Be aware that bluetooth is short distance communications ( approx 30 feet ) so your friend must be there with you.

I have never figured out to connect two of my V3 to each other. I use it to connect to devices like my computer for file transfer and to my headset (the think you see in people's ears) at rare occasions. I suppose you know you can send media with SMS, but that cost you. The best solution is to get the Motorola Phone Tools program and a USB cable to hook the phones to your computer, one at a time and upload/downoad media files to exchange files. It's a great program well worth the small investment.

I've also read that bluetooth refers to wireless connect which it already has and it also refers to a wireless ear piece or headset for the razor. I wud check with cingular for the combo ear piece/mic for the razor.

The drink grow to be poisonous, however the guy that drank it rapid had a small factor, and the guy who drank it slow had a extensive factor... for the reason which you didnt point out the dimensions of the drink, this is my wager.
