I had a few limb that kept growing back so a did a test cut. I cut the limbs back and put gorilla glue on certain ones. Those with gorilla glue have not grown. I am going to do it on some other limbs to see if the gorilla glue stops the regrowth

You cannot keep branches from growing. Branches on trees are like the hair on your head, they continously grow.

If you have planted trees that are too large for your space, you can cut them down, treat the stumps with Round Up and replace with trees that are naturally smaller. Or resign yourself to trimming every couple of years.
