Hello everyone, I am planning a trip to Maui with my daughter and I would like to take my mother. Both my daughter and I, are US citizens. My mom however is a US Legal Resident with her greencard which has NO expiration date and has her photo, she also has her salvadoren passport current. But I just realized her CA ID is expired. Can she still travel to Hawaii with her Passport and greencard and use it as her Identification??

Yes, that should be sufficient.

Yes - the only reason she needs an ID is for identification to board the plane. You imply that you are already in the US, therefore no customs issues.

Just don't try and bring fruit back from Hawaii and you will be a-okay.
