Be yourself and be confident. Don't talk too much but answer questions completely and get to the point.
Make sure the resume you give them is professional looking and not too long. Make sure it is free of errors and don't talk about your personal life (IE: hobbies).
Call back the very next day to check on progress of job selection. Keep calling every day until you either get the job or it's filled. This shows the employer that you are really conscientious and want the job.

Find out as much information about the company as I can, let them know I am updated about the company, which shows them my interest, I will also let them know why they should hire me over the other cantidates my highlighting my qualities of leadership, commitment, honesty, hard working, etc.

Actually number doesnt matter...! and that too 25 is very less in current times..!!
SO.. if the JOB really interests me...then i would just be PREPEARED to my level BEST.... have an open mind....know more about the company....make my first impression as the BEST impression...talk honestly...!!

I'd report the other 24 to INS, Homeland Securty or the FBI.... as the circumstances fit ... I need that job ... bad!
