I am asking because I am a disgruntled customer. I went there yesterday to purchase a table and one of the employees brought it up to one of the registers while I finished shopping. I went to check out and told the cashier that it was waiting for me at another register on a flat bed cart. The employee in charge of the front end had to call furniture to move it from one register to another. There were three employees standing around doing nothing so I went to get it myself and then I got yelled at when I was halfway back to the register "you can't do that", not let me help you. So I walked out and said I would make my purchase somewhere else.

I am sorry to hear that. Similar thing happen to me when I purchase from Target store.

To answer your question:

Yes. There exist Target unions.

http://www.targetunion.org/node/12006

However, you make your complaint by writing to them. Here is the corporate office address:

Target Corporation
1000 Nicollet Mall
Minneapolis, MN 55403

Or call this number and press 1 and then 2. You can tell them about your experience about your store.

1.800.440.0680

Or email your complaints to here.
