Reality checks are *never* covered by any insurance, really.

And as for the cost....basically what you are talking about is a delayed form of cause and effect. The "reality check" is what happens when the consequences of your behavior sit there, ignored, gathering "interest", so to speak, until they *really* turn on you and bite back hard.

So it depends. ^_^ At least, they cost you your pride, ego and self-esteem. That's the minimum. At worst....as others have pointed out, they can cost you your freedom, bankrupt you, ruin your life, and on and on. It depends on how bad the behavior is and *how long* you avoid being responsible for it, letting the consequences sit there and fester. You can get away with some things if you 'fess up and take care of the business right away, but....

Generally speaking, the better idea is to be responsible, and not act out more than necessary. The better idea is to stay engaged in reality and remain sane.

And yeah, you could say I speak from experience here....having mood disorders like I do, and having people second-guess every *last* thing you do or say can be humbling if not humiliating.

I hope this helps. ^_^ Thanks for your time!

$10 the first min. and $100 after. in order for insurance to coverage you must hand over the first son and if it does not of working age you will be charge another $10,000 a year until it is of working age.

enjoy your reality check.

The cost is the joy that you derived in your ignorance. It is covered by That's Life insurance.

Doesn't cost a red cent or dime either and insurance doesn't cover that cost. But it does cost you the time to sit down and reassess you life.

A reality check for me was the threat of facing prison time if I went before the judge again. Some people learn it through death. Others through the harm of others.

The more painful it is, the more it costs. I was wondering the same thing. And does a reality check ever bounce?

For people who need one, a reality check is always very costly, but can also be priceless in it's value.
