the cups of the bra should touch in btwn ur boobs and there should be no spillage over the top, if the middle part doesnt touch and theres spillage its time to go up a size

Just go get professionally fitted at Nordstroms Sears or JCPenney (not victoria secret they size wrong).
Most likely you'll know when you have side boobage, which means you can see your breasts hanging out of the sides or front.

when you are popping out of it. You can go into any bra store, like Victoria' Seceret and they will measure you for free.
